About Us
With the assistance from their Tibetan monk friends and support from American friends, Lobsang Tsering and Gendun Kalsang founded and created Tibetan Living Communities in 2000; a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to the improvement of education and healthcare for Tibetans. Along with donations from a variety of sources, funds have been raised during the Art of Compassion international tours with Gyumed monks. Over 97% of funds support projects benefitting the Tibetan people in Tibet and India.
